Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on social media management experience
- Experience in professional services, finance, or B2C brand contexts
- Solid video editing skills for short-form reels and long-form cuts using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent
- Proficient in Canva with a strong eye for design and brand consistency
- Experience with Mailchimp or a comparable EDM platform
- Experience working in AU Marketing
- Excellent written English proficiency
- Highly organized with the ability to manage deadlines and content calendars autonomously
- Proactive mindset with the ability to generate and bring new ideas
- Podcast or YouTube content experience is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
- Edit and repurpose long-form and short-form video content for various platforms
- Design on-brand graphics, templates, and visual assets using Canva
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and post copy aligned with the company voice
- Build, manage, and send monthly EDMs via Mailchimp
- Develop and maintain a proactive content calendar
- Create short-form clips from long-form podcast and YouTube content
- Develop SOPs for recurring content workflows
- Monitor platform analytics and report on performance
- Identify social media trends and propose new content ideas
