Responsibilities
- Check in with mentors regularly to provide support via Slack and email, scope projects, and troubleshoot mentee situations.
- Conduct 1:1 chats with mentees, respond to inquiries, and follow up on feedback.
- Plan and deliver monthly programming for the cohort, including workshops and speaker sessions.
- Co-own the end-of-round Demo Day where teams present research to the community.
- Contribute to SPAR program strategy, including timeline planning, recruiting, matching, and feedback systems.
