Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in IT support, systems administration, network administration, or a related technical role.
- Demonstrated technical leadership experience within an IT services, cybersecurity, or systems administration environment.
- Expertise in Tier 3 escalations, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of server environments.
- Strong experience administering Windows Server environments (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP).
- Hands-on networking experience (VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, switches).
- Experience supporting virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V).
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation technologies (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and project leadership skills.
- Ability to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants).
- Must have a stable home office with reliable internet (5 Mbps up/down) and HD video capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine processes for handling proactive service alerts.
- Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for technicians and engineers.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to reduce manual workloads.
- Partner with Team Leads to identify skill gaps and mentor technicians into Tier 2-level engineers.
- Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base entries, and technical guidelines.
- Partner with operations leaders to align technical initiatives with business objectives.
