Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, financial services, banking/fintech, technology strategy, or business execution.
- Experience in investment solutions or wealth management strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to lead complex workstreams including strategic framing, analysis, stakeholder alignment, and implementation planning.
- Executive quality PowerPoint skills for story lining and visual synthesis.
- Strong analytical toolkit in Excel/Sheets including financial modeling and scenario/sensitivity analysis.
- Ability to influence without authority, lead from the front, and escalate thoughtfully.
- Experience evaluating AI/ML solutions in regulated financial services environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex business initiatives by defining objectives, assessing business value, sizing impact, and evaluating risks.
- Develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive trends, and industry developments, particularly in AI.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams from concept through pilot, launch, and performance monitoring.
- Establish and track milestones, KPIs, and decision points for major initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership to influence decisions and prepare presentation materials for internal and external engagements.
