Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with technical and business requirements gathering processes.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Rally.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architecture, development, and test teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Agility to adapt to changing priorities and direction.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Systems, MIS, or related IT field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate product discovery sessions with product managers and users to gather requirements.
- Analyze and document requirements as experiences, epics, stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA.
- Define and document acceptance criteria using a given-when-then format.
- Collaborate with Product Leads and developers to manage dependencies, risks, and interfaces.
- Support multiple simultaneous work streams and prioritize effectively under compressed timelines.
- Produce meeting minutes and summarize key decisions for stakeholders.
- Create business process workflows and technical implementation documentation.
- Participate in PI planning and roadmap updates within a SAFe framework.
