Requirements
- 3–5 years of dedicated, hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator in a high-growth environment, preferably SaaS.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and core APIs.
- Demonstrable commitment to implementing solutions aligned with scalable, long-term design.
- Solid foundational knowledge of US GAAP and core finance processes including AP, AR, and GL.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues through systemic corrective actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Versatility in handling diverse responsibilities from end-user support to leading technical projects.
- NetSuite Certified Administrator (preferred).
- NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the configuration, customization, and continuous optimization of the NetSuite ERP environment.
- Develop and maintain technical solutions using SuiteScript for advanced scripting and SuiteFlow for workflow automation.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure system integrity and compliance with US GAAP principles.
- Oversee integration landscape between NetSuite and external platforms like Salesforce via APIs including SuiteTalk, REST, and Webhooks.
- Govern user access, roles, and permissions while managing user lifecycle processes.
- Establish and enforce data hygiene and integrity practices across the platform.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical features.
- Provide frontline technical support, system troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
