Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience as a strategy and operations leader.
- Exceptional prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Proven track record managing operational systems including Salesforce.
- Experience with financial processing tools such as SAP/Concur.
- Strong executive presence and ability to interface with senior leadership.
- High attention to detail in project execution and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones.
- Demonstrated commitment to Teach For All's mission.
- Adaptability to work in dynamic and changing environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between internal global teams and the Americas region.
- Support the management and tracking of organization-wide processes including planning and goal-setting.
- Manage regional documentation, knowledge management systems, and shared resources.
- Lead partner data collection processes including Global Data System (GDS) and network surveys.
- Manage and maintain internal Salesforce databases for Americas partners.
- Analyse regional data and translate trends into actionable strategy insights.
- Develop and coordinate regional internal and external communications.
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for regional and global partner events.
- Manage operational execution of the Americas budget and SAP/Concur expense processes.
- Support regional team culture building and the planning of team retreats.
