Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT or software engineering.
- At least 3 years in a solutions architect or technical lead role supporting federal proposals.
- Proven track record developing winning technical solutions for government clients.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery methods, DevSecOps principles, and AI/ML model lifecycle.
- Familiarity with federal contract structures (FAR, IDIQ/BPA) and evaluation criteria.
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Strong written communication skills for translating technical ideas into proposal language.
- Strong general software engineering experience with the ability to work across different tech stacks.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Responsibilities
- Support pre-RFP capture through solution whiteboarding, customer meetings, and concept development.
- Partner with capture managers, architects, designers, and engineers to explore new ideas and build compelling technical narratives.
- Deconstruct RFPs, PWS/SOWs, and Section L/M criteria to drive compliant technical solutions.
- Lead the architecture, design, and build of software solutions ranging from prototypes to production systems.
- Write and contribute to technical volumes covering architecture, DevSecOps, data strategy, and AI/ML approaches.
- Ensure solutions align with federal IT standards including NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, FISMA, and Section 508.
- Build and maintain a library of products, reusable solution patterns, and technical approaches.
