Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and employment laws across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously and adapt to new systems.
- Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, asynchronous remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee exits for external clients across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Advise clients on termination, resignation, and transfer procedures, ensuring legal compliance.
- Facilitate client meetings including workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Legal, Payroll, and trade unions to ensure compliant offboarding.
- Provide first-level support for Employee Relations, guiding clients through workplace concerns and progressive discipline.
- Draft and administer termination documents while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation, and product development for HR workflows.
