Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in professional services, software implementation, consulting, or project management.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent customer implementation projects.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience facilitating business process discovery and mapping requirements to solutions.
- Experience delivering customer training and facilitating knowledge transfer.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and virtual collaboration tools.
- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms, such as Kantata, or similar PM tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business processes, objectives, and implementation requirements.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and implementation strategies.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from project kickoff through production go-live.
- Configure software solutions based on customer requirements and project best practices.
- Coordinate integration setup, payment processing, and internal team dependencies.
- Deliver customer training and provide consultative guidance on platform adoption.
- Lead go-live activities, validate readiness, and handle transition to Customer Success.
