Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and building distributed backend systems, microservices, APIs, and data processing systems using Python.
- Multiple years of professional experience building system architecture.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and data scientists to drive implementation.
- Startup experience or a similar environment requiring technical breadth and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous product requirements into technical architecture.
- Experience navigating complex datasets and tracing dependencies.
- Working frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong coding fundamentals and ability to solve problems independently.
Responsibilities
- Scale the incrementality product into a reliable experimentation platform.
- Develop near-real-time ingestion and processing capabilities to move beyond batch workflows.
- Build AI-powered workflows to help marketers evaluate performance.
- Improve connection-state systems and extend the partner ecosystem for data ingestion and exports.
- Implement product features such as role-based access control (RBAC).
- Contribute to frontend development to deliver complete product experiences.
