- 5+ years of experience as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in scaling organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and best practices.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into simple, clear, and actionable strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging people metrics to design talent strategies.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal organizations.
- Align people strategy with overall business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and foster trust through clear HR processes.
- Develop leadership capability and offer coaching through all phases of the employee lifecycle.
- Guide activities such as performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance management.
- Lead career development, organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations.
