- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to distill complex, ambiguous situations into actionable strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using people metrics to execute talent strategies.
- Experience in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people strategy with business strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor and resource to employees.
- Lead talent and performance review cycles.
- Manage compensation planning, career development, and organizational design initiatives.
- Provide leadership coaching and support across the employee lifecycle.
- Partner with the broader People team and internal stakeholders to manage headcount planning and employee relations.
