Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or consulting.
- Strong grasp of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modeling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Self-starter capable of working independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong ownership mentality.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage department spend across technology, marketing, and OpEx to support strategic insights.
- Build, maintain, and evolve financial models across all financial statements.
- Support quarterly forecast updates and external investor reporting.
- Partner with the People team on hiring plans and headcount spend alignment.
- Manage monthly and quarterly commission calculations and KPI alignment.
- Analyze vendor spend and support contract renewals.
- Perform accounts receivable reconciliation and claims analysis to improve revenue accuracy.
- Own and drive partnership payments for the Partnerships team.
- Investigate forecast variances to identify root causes and surface risks.
