Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data science, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience working with software applications in a corporate environment.
- Serious fluency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages: Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with secure data environments.
- Proven experience with technical documentation formatting and structure.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with government or healthcare IT is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) projects to improve healthcare outcomes.
- Write, test, and maintain code in Python, R, and SQL.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for web-based analytical tools.
- Perform system and user acceptance testing for new builds.
- Develop user training documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and QA teams.
- Present content in customer-facing webinars.
