Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience in configuration, operations, analysis, or coordination roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail for high-volume, structured work.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirements gathering.
- Proven problem-solving ability in identifying and resolving operational discrepancies.
- Independent organizational skills to manage concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Ability to learn and perform configuration work within proprietary internal systems.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills including lookups, pivot tables, and structured datasets.
- Experience configuring products, catalogs, or SKUs within ordering systems is preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with EHR, pharmacy management, or e-commerce workflow systems is advantageous.
- Exposure to APIs, JSON, systems integrations, or SQL is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and test medication SKUs within the ordering platform including products, strengths, dosage levels, and fill cadences.
- Translate clinical protocols and pharmacy-provided information into accurate platform configurations.
- Configure titration schedules and verify dose levels correspond to correct product specifications.
- Reconcile clinical requirements with pharmacy inventory through unit and volume calculations.
- Coordinate builds with clinical, implementation, and pharmacy teams to ensure all dependencies are met.
- Manage and prioritize concurrent configuration projects across multiple deadlines.
- Test configurations and troubleshoot system behavior before enabling provider ordering.
- Execute state-by-state routing and volume changes based on capacity plans.
- Monitor pharmacy integrations for errors and document platform defects for development teams.
