Requirements
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on email design for e-commerce or DTC brands
- Strong portfolio of email campaigns and graphic design demonstrating layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Experience designing and building emails in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
- Understanding of mobile-responsive email design and cross-device rendering
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- C1/C2 level written and spoken English
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable working within UK timezone overlap hours
- Access to a reliable, high-speed fibre internet connection with a backup option
- Your own computer capable of running Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling layouts for promotional, lifecycle, and campaign emails
- Arrange brand assets, product imagery, logos, and copy into conversion-focused designs
- Build and maintain mobile-responsive email templates directly in Klaviyo
- Apply strong typography, colour, and visual hierarchy to create a consistent brand feel
- Design animated elements and GIFs to improve engagement
- Maintain a reusable template library for consistent campaign production
- Work with the Head of E-commerce to execute campaign objectives
- Support A/B testing initiatives by producing creative variations
