Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HANA database administration and SAP Basis support.
Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA and enterprise-level SAP landscapes.
Proficiency with SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SDI/Data Provisioning Agent integrations.
Knowledge of SAP NetWeaver ABAP and S/4HANA administration including kernel and support package maintenance.
Understanding of network infrastructure including firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and proxies.
Ability to manage SSL/TLS certificates and troubleshoot secure communication issues.
Experience with SAP HANA Cockpit, SAP HANA Studio, SAP Solution Manager, or SAP Focused Run is preferred.
Relevant SAP certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support for highly available SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA landscapes including maintenance, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Perform SAP HANA installation, revision upgrades, backup and recovery, system replication, and tenant database management.
Administer and troubleshoot SAP Cloud Connector configurations, certificates, and connectivity to SAP BTP services.
Support SAP Analytics Cloud integrations and connectivity with SAP S/4HANA.
Configure and operate SAP HANA Smart Data Integration and Smart Data Access, including Data Provisioning Agent maintenance.
Implement and maintain SSL/TLS certificates and manage secure communication.
Participate in incident response, change management, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
