Requirements
- 7–8+ years of change management experience within complex enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying large-scale enterprise change management and transformation programs.
- Prosci certification with practical experience applying the Prosci ADKAR methodology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze organizational challenges and provide executive-level recommendations.
- Prior consulting experience or experience within an evolving PMO environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple transformation priorities.
Responsibilities
- Establish and implement change management frameworks and best practices using the Prosci ADKAR model or a comparable structured methodology.
- Design and develop change management tools, techniques, and approaches for multiple departments and dispersed teams.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives involving system integrations, technology implementations, employee training, communications, and process optimization.
- Develop clear, effective communication content tailored to stakeholder groups.
- Advise program team members and client stakeholders on change management strategies and adoption practices.
- Partner with program teams to integrate change management tools into operational improvement workstreams.
- Embed audience adoption principles into program communications and engagement activities.
- Establish methods for measuring change management effectiveness and refine tactics based on feedback.
- Address complex organizational and transformation challenges with professional judgment.
- Support the broader PMO by integrating change management practices into program planning and execution.
