Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (data engineering, data architecture, or software development).
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum product delivery practices.
- Working knowledge of data platform concepts such as data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines, and BI/reporting tools.
- Ability to turn complex requirements into actionable technical user stories.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and distraction-free workspace for remote work.
- Ability to travel overnight approximately quarterly.
- Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Zendesk (preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or Power BI (preferred).
- Experience in multifamily housing or property management (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously maintain the enterprise data platform roadmap and backlog.
- Partner with senior product leadership, Data Engineering, and Data Architecture to align platform priorities with business objectives.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination.
- Define and monitor platform KPIs, including adoption, data quality, and delivery velocity.
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support data integrations and reporting initiatives for enterprise systems like Yardi, RealPage, UKG, and Salesforce.
- Facilitate stakeholder demonstrations, training sessions, and documentation.
