Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in category management, strategy and operations, or general management.
- Proven track record of owning high-stakes initiatives or P&L responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience launching and scaling products from 0-to-1.
- Experience managing complex portfolios and prioritizing roadmaps.
- Strong analytical and financial capabilities to build and interpret business models.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Bias toward action, rapid learning, and iterative execution.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- MBA, management consulting, or tech/marketplace experience preferred.
- Experience in DTC, telehealth, or consumer health is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own category initiatives across acquisition, conversion, retention, and new-treatment launches.
- Optimize unit economics including CAC, LTV, ARPU, and contribution margin.
- Manage strategic portfolios by prioritizing investments and sequencing roadmap execution.
- Develop pricing, bundling, and merchandising strategies to balance value and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional execution across clinical, regulatory, product, and operations teams.
- Establish KPIs and present performance analytics in business reviews.
