Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven success driving customer renewals, expansions, upsells, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS commercial metrics, including Net ARR, renewals, expansion revenue, and adoption.
  • Experience using CRM systems, pipeline analytics, and forecasting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic account plans and translate customer insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage escalations professionally and prioritize competing demands.
  • Willingness and ability to work 5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST to align with North American business hours.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a $3M+ North American book of business, with responsibility for renewals, expansions, upsells, and overall revenue performance.
  • Use customer, account, and pipeline data to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted strategies.
  • Develop strategic account plans that address customer needs, adoption opportunities, renewal risks, and potential expansion paths.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline performance and maintain reliable reporting on account health and key performance indicators.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Support, and New Business teams to strengthen customer relationships and improve adoption.
  • Act as the primary escalation contact for assigned accounts, proactively addressing challenges and protecting customer trust.
  • Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on portfolio performance, pipeline health, account risks, and growth initiatives.
