Job Details

5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven experience owning end-to-end product delivery and project planning.
Strong full-stack skills: React, Next.js, Python, TypeScript, Node.js.
Experience with REST, GraphQL, event-driven, or asynchronous system integrations.
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
Practical experience building with LLMs or autonomous agentic AI systems.
Understanding of agentic concepts: tool use, multi-step execution, orchestration, and RAG.
Ability to critically assess and validate AI-generated code.
Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and monitoring.
Understanding of cybersecurity: authentication, secrets management, and secure API design.
Commitment of 50 hours per week with availability for required evening IST meeting overlap.

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack product features.
Develop AI-native applications using autonomous agents, LLMs, APIs, and retrieval systems.
Build and operate multi-agent workflows across product discovery, architecture, testing, and security.
Define agent responsibilities, communication patterns, permissions, and quality gates.
Design robust backend services, APIs, data models, and frontend experiences.
Contribute to system architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
Create evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for agent performance and reliability.
Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to take ownership from problem definition to production.
