Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product delivery and project planning.
- Strong full-stack skills: React, Next.js, Python, TypeScript, Node.js.
- Experience with REST, GraphQL, event-driven, or asynchronous system integrations.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Practical experience building with LLMs or autonomous agentic AI systems.
- Understanding of agentic concepts: tool use, multi-step execution, orchestration, and RAG.
- Ability to critically assess and validate AI-generated code.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Understanding of cybersecurity: authentication, secrets management, and secure API design.
- Commitment of 50 hours per week with availability for required evening IST meeting overlap.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain full-stack product features.
- Develop AI-native applications using autonomous agents, LLMs, APIs, and retrieval systems.
- Build and operate multi-agent workflows across product discovery, architecture, testing, and security.
- Define agent responsibilities, communication patterns, permissions, and quality gates.
- Design robust backend services, APIs, data models, and frontend experiences.
- Contribute to system architecture with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
- Create evaluation frameworks and feedback loops for agent performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to take ownership from problem definition to production.
