Requirements
- Strong B2B product management experience.
- Proficiency in Scrum and Jira, including writing epics and stories.
- Proficiency in English.
- Technical fluency to credibly challenge engineering on architecture, data models, and trade-offs.
- Proven experience building or maintaining data products.
- Experience building AI-driven products is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of analytics and LLM interfaces is strongly preferred.
- Direct experience working with AI and Claude agents is strongly preferred.
- Experience setting up and defining data warehouses and data lakes is strongly preferred.
- Scrum of Scrums experience is a plus.
- Experience working within a globally distributed team of Product Leads is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the data and AI strategy roadmap.
- Define necessary data and translate into requirements for development teams.
- Own project lifecycle from intent recognition and planning to execution and coordination.
- Partner with Platform, Data Platform, Product Engineering, Design, Security, and Legal teams.
- Write engineering-ready epics and stories with clear acceptance criteria in Scrum.
- Define and own data products, including data warehouse and data lake requirements.
- Drive analytics maturity, including defining how usage and outcomes are analyzed for LLM/agent interfaces.
