Requirements
- Proven experience as a growth marketer, demand gen lead, or digital marketing generalist.
- Demonstrated ability to build with AI tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude, or Clay/Apollo.
- Experience shipping end-to-end growth experiments (hypothesis, build, launch, readout).
- Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce or HubSpot), GA4, Ahrefs, and a CMS like Webflow.
- Ability to drive results through collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to perform hands-on website edits and automation scripting.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth marketing vertical and qualified pipeline KPI.
- Design and execute growth experiments to scale demand generation.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered growth workflows using automations and agents.
- Lead thought-leadership content distribution, GovTech partnerships, ABM, and SEO strategies.
- Oversee website operations, including CRO, A/B tests, and technical SEO.
- Create and maintain automated reporting for Sales and leadership.
