Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Expert SQL skills.
- Strong BI experience (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Experience with Python (preferred) or R.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Experience working with Git and version-controlled analytics workflows.
- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and big data technologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
- Strong prioritization skills and a pragmatic, data-driven problem-solving approach.
Responsibilities
- Distill complex analyses into concise, executive-ready narratives for leadership.
- Lead high-impact analyses to identify root causes and quantify business opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows, automate tasks, and improve productivity.
- Partner with decision-makers to shape and operationalize the company's strategic roadmap.
- Design scalable analytical frameworks, reusable datasets, and automated pipelines.
- Build cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and execution across departments.
- Manage concurrent initiatives and balance short-term needs with long-term strategy.
