Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
- Expertise in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, or organizational design.
- Working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in interpreting data for decision making.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with teams in APAC (desirable).
- Familiarity with HR or Talent Management systems like Workday or Culture Amp (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with managers and leaders to advise on people needs, organizational structures, and performance management.
- Provide compensation and recognition recommendations and act as a key thought partner on all people matters.
- Manage the end-to-end employee experience from hire to retire, including job scoping and career development.
- Execute bi-annual feedback, development, and promotion processes.
- Analyze exit and attrition trends to create proactive solutions and ensure people compliance.
- Resolve employee relations issues and provide counsel for performance management.
- Upskill managers and act as a point of contact for HR issues.
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver HR programs and insights-based project work.
