Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Expertise in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, employment law, compensation practices, or organizational design.
  • Working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility across all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in interpreting data for decision making.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with teams in APAC (desirable).
  • Familiarity with HR or Talent Management systems like Workday or Culture Amp (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with managers and leaders to advise on people needs, organizational structures, and performance management.
  • Provide compensation and recognition recommendations and act as a key thought partner on all people matters.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee experience from hire to retire, including job scoping and career development.
  • Execute bi-annual feedback, development, and promotion processes.
  • Analyze exit and attrition trends to create proactive solutions and ensure people compliance.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and provide counsel for performance management.
  • Upskill managers and act as a point of contact for HR issues.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver HR programs and insights-based project work.
