Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or insights roles.
- Experience in D2C or fast-paced, high-growth tech environments or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Expert SQL skills.
- Experience with Python (preferred) or R.
- Strong BI experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience with Git and version-controlled analytics workflows.
- Big data fluency and experience with modern analytics engineering practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Strong prioritization and pragmatic problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Distill complex analyses into concise, executive-ready narratives for leadership.
- Lead high-impact analyses to identify root causes and quantify business opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and accelerate analytical workflows.
- Partner with decision makers to shape and operationalize the strategic roadmap.
- Design scalable analytical frameworks, automated pipelines, and self-service reporting.
- Influence cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while balancing short-term and long-term needs.
