Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, banking, analytics, or strategy & operations at a growth-stage company
- Strong analytical foundation including fluency in SQL and data modeling
- Experience building metrics from scratch and defining operating cadences
- AI-fluent, with practical experience applying AI tools to sales or GTM business problems
- Proven experience as a 0→1 builder capable of scoping ambiguous problems and building new infrastructure
- Ability to communicate with clarity and conviction
- Healthcare, marketplace, or revenue operations experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Identify where AI can move the needle for Care Partnerships and adjacent sales teams
- Apply AI tools to build self-service analytics for partner success and business development teams
- Deliver proactive strategic analysis including referral funnel breakdowns and conversion benchmarks
- Build and own the reporting infrastructure that drives GTM decision-making
- Instrument new product features from launch to ensure high-impact pilots and experiments
