Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and software design.
- Proficiency in Agentic engineering (Claude Code/Codex) with experience delivering production-quality products.
- Hands-on experience in back-end web development, including building and maintaining APIs and microservices.
- Expert level in at least two of the following: C#, Python, or Java.
- Expertise in RDBMS, preferably Postgres, with experience in data modeling and performance tuning.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as FastAPI, Pydantic.AI, Pydantic 2, Polars, Pandas, .Net Core, Spring Boot, or Hibernate.
- Experience with modern DevOps practices including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs that power the AI-driven retail platform.
- Implement new features and optimize existing services to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Support continuous integration, testing, and deployment practices.
- Mentor team members to foster a collaborative technical environment.
