Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience across business operations, data analytics, strategic finance, or financial forecasting.
- Deep expertise driving execution and managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI to materially improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making.
- Experience building and scaling systems at high-growth organizations.
- Ability to operate as a systems thinker at both the strategic and executional level.
- Passion for scaling consumer businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's operating rhythm and ensure high-impact initiatives are prioritized and executed effectively.
- Own the execution, integration, and organization-wide adoption of the company's AI-first operating system.
- Translate internal and external data signals into actionable business insights and priorities.
- Measure and forecast customer lifetime value, retention, acquisition economics, and attribution.
- Manage FP&A and demand planning using AI-driven approaches to forecasting.
