Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, or engineering.
- 15+ years of experience managing technology operations including DevOps, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Extensive knowledge of AI tools and methodologies for operational efficiency.
- Strong technical background in heterogeneous environments (on-premise, hosted, and cloud).
- Experience with deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of large-scale SaaS platforms.
- Experience leading cloud migrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong executive communication skills and experience presenting to non-technical leadership.
- Proven experience in leading large, diverse global teams.
- Expert knowledge of technology environments, including networks, databases, and application servers.
Responsibilities
- Lead adoption and usage of advanced AI technologies across the operations organization.
- Define the technology operations strategy and roadmap for scalability, growth, and quality of service.
- Drive innovation across security, data privacy, data and development operations, and infrastructure.
- Partner with senior leaders across the business to realize measurable outcomes.
- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology operations spending.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize expense costs.
- Define and present metrics to the executive team regarding infrastructure health and risk areas.
