Requirements
- High School graduate or GED minimum
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient working on a PC and with MS Office
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Responsibilities
- Analyze information in the Vehicle Service Contract and claims system to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts
- Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department
- Answer phone and email inquiries and provide information and explanations on the various levels of contract coverage and claims processes
- Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures
- Engage with management and co-workers through required video camera usage for training and team meetings
