Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience owning complex B2B SaaS, AI-agent, communications, or platform products.
- Prior experience operating as a Principal PM, Staff PM, Lead PM, or product founder.
- Strong understanding of AI-agent design, differentiating language generation from task execution.
- Technical fluency in LLM behavior, retrieval orchestration, data models, latency, and reliability.
- Ability to define testing, monitoring, and debugging standards for AI systems in production.
- Experience with conversational AI, CRM, workflow automation, or messaging infrastructure.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities to integrate multi-tenant platform components.
- Excellent written communication skills for strategy documents, requirements, and executive updates.
- Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and teams without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, roadmap, and architecture for HighLevel Conversation AI.
- Own the complete Conversation AI system, including agent creation, prompts, knowledge, actions, and channel deployment.
- Partner closely with Engineering and AI leadership on LLM orchestration, retrieval, latency, reliability, and model economics.
- Build a scalable evaluation framework covering accuracy, safety, and business outcomes.
- Establish product principles for AI agent behaviors, including routing, human handovers, and action execution.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Support, and Finance to optimize positioning, pricing, and adoption.
- Mentor PMs and raise the quality of product thinking across the organization.
