Requirements
- Strong ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical technical solutions.
- Solid programming fundamentals in languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and fundamental data concepts.
- Understanding of how applications, databases, APIs, and system integrations interact.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and interest in AI-driven automation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Preferred: Experience with ERP platforms like Acumatica, NetSuite, Dynamics, SAP, or Sage.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, including Flow, Apex, or APIs.
- Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Preferred: Full-stack web development experience with React, Vite, or REST APIs.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Support, troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance the organization's ERP environment.
- Design and develop internal software tools, dashboards, applications, integrations, and automations.
- Build and maintain integrations between business applications to ensure reliable data exchange.
- Apply AI coding assistants and emerging AI technologies to software development and business decision-making.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage projects through the full lifecycle.
- Develop SQL queries, reports, and data pipelines for business users and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and technology capabilities across the organization.
- Maintain technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
