Requirements
- Experience in an MSP or IT service environment.
- Understanding of tickets, time entry, RMM, and PSA data.
- Strong troubleshooting instinct with a focus on reading error messages and logical isolation.
- Evidence of self-taught technical initiatives (e.g., PowerShell, scripts, automation flows).
- Proven reliability with recurring deadline-driven tasks.
- Ability to work remotely without direct supervision and communicate proactively when stuck.
- Clear and effective written communication for documentation purposes.
- Willingness to accept regular feedback and learning over a six-month ramp period.
- High level of trustworthiness to manage administrative access across client environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain existing automation workflows and implement error reporting systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot failures in PSA and automated systems.
- Build new automation based on a prioritized list of inefficient manual tasks.
- Support the client portal and compliance/training products.
- Manage and maintain internal daily-use tools.
- Document system architecture and processes to ensure knowledge sharing.
