Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative social science field.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional research experience.
- Strong foundation in quantitative research design and applied statistical analysis.
- Experience with regression, multilevel modeling, or quasi-experimental designs.
- Working knowledge of Stata, SPSS, R, and/or NVivo.
- Experience developing surveys, preferably using Qualtrics.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development, preferably using Tableau.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external clients.
- Commitment to educational equity and improving outcomes for underserved communities.
Responsibilities
- Independently define and apply research methodologies including correlational and quasi-experimental approaches.
- Design, administer, and refine surveys using tools like Qualtrics.
- Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative datasets using statistical methods.
- Conduct multivariable statistical analyses such as regression and multilevel modeling.
- Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
- Write and present research findings for clients and education partners.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project documentation.
