Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Education, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative social science field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant professional research experience.
  • Strong foundation in quantitative research design and applied statistical analysis.
  • Experience with regression, multilevel modeling, or quasi-experimental designs.
  • Working knowledge of Stata, SPSS, R, and/or NVivo.
  • Experience developing surveys, preferably using Qualtrics.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard development, preferably using Tableau.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external clients.
  • Commitment to educational equity and improving outcomes for underserved communities.

Responsibilities

  • Independently define and apply research methodologies including correlational and quasi-experimental approaches.
  • Design, administer, and refine surveys using tools like Qualtrics.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze quantitative datasets using statistical methods.
  • Conduct multivariable statistical analyses such as regression and multilevel modeling.
  • Develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
  • Write and present research findings for clients and education partners.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project documentation.
