- Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying Project Management principles on large IT projects; three (3) years in a lead capacity; five (5) years as an OCM subject matter expert.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience applying Project Management principles on large/complex IT projects ($20M+ budget).
- Minimum 3 years of lead capacity experience in Project Management within the last 10 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an OCM subject matter expert performing change impact assessments and communication strategy development.
- Proficiency in OCM methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-step.
- Ability to provide professional references from management or supervisory roles.
- Experience translating technical changes into operational impacts for end users preferred.
- Experience developing and delivering end-user training preferred.
- Experience with Agile frameworks or methodologies preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis for processes impacted by IT implementations.
- Develop and document the OCM plan, roadmap, methodology, and change resistance mitigation strategies.
- Assess project readiness and facilitate communication and feedback loops.
- Conduct ADKAR assessments and manage progress tracking roadmaps to support adoption.
- Define stakeholder management frameworks and implement KPIs for OCM effectiveness.
- Identify and train change agents and define roles for change adoption.
- Analyze persona-based needs and training requirements for project teams and end users.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
