Requirements

  • 15+ years of hands-on leadership experience driving business transformation and organizational change management at enterprise scale.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success using structured change-management methodologies to align processes, technology, and people.
  • Extensive experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs and securing executive sponsorship.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite executives and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong experience modernizing legacy environments with significant technology and process complexity.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable cost savings through organizational transformation and waste elimination.
  • Experience with ERP implementations in globally distributed environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, and Agile methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
  • PMP or CCMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide business transformation, organizational change management, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with strategic growth.
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable transformation roadmaps, operating plans, milestones, and governance structures.
  • Lead major digital transformation and process modernization programs, including global ERP deployments.
  • Establish and evolve enterprise change-management frameworks to assess organizational readiness and stakeholder impacts.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, and Prosci ADKAR methodologies.
  • Partner with senior executives and IT leadership to prioritize transformation and technology investments.
  • Develop change strategies for generative AI, automation, and analytics to ensure workforce readiness.
  • Support merger and acquisition integration, including process, technology, and organizational alignment.
