Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as mathematics, science, engineering, computing, or a related field, or equivalent project-related professional experience.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid professional experience in business analysis or a closely related role, ideally within the life sciences sector.
- Experience in clinical data management or programming, particularly designing electronic Case Report Forms (eCRFs), developing edit checks, and supporting studies from initiation through completion.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum, as well as UML, object-oriented approaches, data modeling, and established business analysis methodologies.
- Experience with process modeling standards such as BPMN.
- Knowledge and practical application of Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and scope management.
- Demonstrated line management and team leadership experience, including delegation, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong understanding of business analysis best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead scoping, requirements definition, prioritization, and requirements management for large and complex initiatives.
- Select and apply appropriate predictive, iterative, or Agile requirements methodologies, tools, and techniques based on project needs.
- Analyze, model, and redesign business processes to identify opportunities for automation, technology adoption, and improved efficiency.
- Manage and develop Business Analysts by allocating work, delegating responsibilities, setting performance expectations, providing feedback, and supporting career development.
- Facilitate user-centric assessments, evaluate prototypes and designs, interpret findings, and prioritize improvements.
- Contribute to the evolution of business analysis practices, standards, and organizational capabilities.
