Requirements

Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
Active Illinois medical license or active IMLC license
Availability for 40 hours per week during CST business hours
Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
Experience treating adults ages 18+
Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
Telehealth experience (preferred)
Experience using Epic EMR (preferred)

Responsibilities

Conduct 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluations and 20-minute follow-up appointments
Provide outpatient care for adult patients (ages 18+) with diverse mental health conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatry, neurology, and psychology experts
Maintain patient records and documentation using the Epic EMR system
Allocate 60 minutes daily for administrative tasks
Participate in a fully remote clinical setting with no on-call duties
