Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist.
- Active medical licensure in Maryland.
- Active DEA registration.
- Active CDS registration.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations through interviews, history reviews, exams, and psychological testing.
- Diagnose patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Prescribe, monitor, and adjust psychiatric medications.
- Provide compassionate crisis intervention when needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Deliver virtual outpatient psychiatric services as needed.
- Support care coordination with case managers, families, and external providers.
