Requirements
- Current license in Washington (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD).
- Master’s Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with governing licensing board.
- 1 year of post-license clinical experience required.
- Expertise in delivery of culturally responsive and competent care.
- Proficiency in short-term, evidence-based therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT).
- Experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE preferred.
- Ability to work on an unmanaged computer running Mac OS (Ventura or later) or Windows OS (10/11).
- Commitment to feedback-informed care and transparent communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality behavioral health care to adult clients via video.
- Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy for conditions like stress, depression, and anxiety.
- Build and maintain strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Implement feedback-informed care using standardized measures.
- Customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for clients.
- Collaborate with a diverse clinical team in an evolving environment.
