Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in Pennsylvania.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Demonstrated interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms including Zoom, EHR, and Slack.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to client-centered, neurodiversity-affirming care.
- Telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized mental health therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults using a telehealth platform.
- Manage a caseload of clients based on your chosen availability (15+ or 25+ hours per week).
- Engage with a supportive clinical community through regular peer consultation, specialized training, and monthly case conferences.
- Utilize EHR and communication tools to deliver high-quality, client-centered care.
- Maintain high standards of neurodiversity-affirming practice.
