Requirements
- Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) in Wisconsin.
- Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT.
- Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults.
- Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms including Zoom, EHR, and Slack.
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care.
- Prior telehealth experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth platforms.
- Maintain a caseload of 15+ (part-time) or 25+ (full-time) clients per week.
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical community through weekly drop-ins and peer consultations.
- Participate in monthly case conferences and specialized training.
- Utilize neurodiversity-affirming approaches in clinical practice.
