Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in a product-driven company
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture fundamentals
- Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows and their practical applications in products
- Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making
- Understanding of SaaS product models and workflow automation ecosystems
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and evaluate technical feasibility
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Ownership mindset, curiosity, and bias for action
Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy for internal and customer-facing platforms
- Identify product opportunities across AI, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization
- Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to shape product roadmap
- Build scalable product systems and frameworks instead of one-off feature solutions
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, adoption, and business outcomes
- Leverage data, user research, and experimentation to deeply understand user behaviour
- Drive execution with clarity and ownership
- Design AI-first product experiences
- Focus on long-term product value including adoption, retention, efficiency, and ecosystem growth
