Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or Social Work preferred).
- High school diploma required with 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Ability to travel 70-90% within the assigned territory.
- Valid US Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Clinical background is preferred but not required.
- Experience in behavioral health or eating disorder outreach is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual business development plans for the assigned territory.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers to address treatment barriers and form partnerships.
- Cultivate new referral channels and increase awareness of services among providers.
- Plan and attend industry conferences and networking events.
- Coordinate communication and support for referring professionals and families from inquiry through admission.
- Manage territory data and analyze opportunities for outreach strategy improvement.
