Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in the provider relations industry.
- Account management experience supporting a provider book of business.
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance products and provider issues.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Tableau, Facets, ETQL, or Proclaim.
- Ability to lead an account management team and work in a matrix environment.
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload) for home office.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end provider experience and service delivery for assigned book of business.
- Develop and maintain individual provider strategic action plans.
- Identify new opportunities and risks for providers to drive resolution.
- Collect, analyze, and distribute provider informatics, reports, and dashboards.
- Track and monitor performance guarantees.
- Educate providers on business objectives, policies, and programs.
- Serve as a provider advocate and subject matter expert to matrix partners.
- Facilitate joint operating committees and lead client presentations.
