Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Medicare, regulated markets, healthcare operations, compliance, or pharmacy benefit management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining operational trackers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess risks and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating complex information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience with CMS, HPMS, or Medicare Plan Finder is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Open Enrollment or large-scale operational initiatives is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access or similar database tools is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Information Systems is preferred.
  • Ability to learn and apply productivity technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Must have a stable internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate CMS and HPMS submission activities including data validation, quality reviews, and post-submission monitoring.
  • Support Open Enrollment readiness by coordinating data, maintaining timelines, and supporting implementation.
  • Deliver operational reporting by maintaining metrics, analyzing performance data, and identifying trends.
  • Coordinate stakeholder and client communications regarding Medicare Plan Finder changes and regulatory developments.
  • Manage intake workflows and service requests through organized documentation and timely follow-up.
  • Drive process improvement to increase reporting accuracy, quality, and team effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain operational resources such as job aids, trackers, and reference materials.
