Requirements
- 6 years of experience in QI/population health with 4 years of data analytics experience (Tableau/SQL), OR
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in QI/population health with 3 years of data analytics experience, OR
- Master's degree in data analytics, public health, or health administration with 3 years of experience in QI/population health with 2 years of data analytics experience.
- Advanced knowledge of program evaluation methodologies and analytic strategies in a payer managed care setting.
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare quality metrics such as CCO, Medicare Stars, or HEDIS.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of SQL for Snowflake.
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience with project or people leadership.
- Ability to present statistical and technical data clearly to various stakeholder levels.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing synthesis and analysis of performance information to identify trends and make predictions.
- Lead the development of dashboards for visual assessment of metric performance and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate line of business priorities and develop strategic reporting systems for leadership.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced analysts in Tableau, SQL, and statistical approaches.
- Lead cross-departmental projects and serve as subject matter expert on clinical measures and regulatory deliverables.
- Coordinate work distribution across the team and provide feedback on analytic deliverables.
- Facilitate process documentation for QI activities and represent the analytics team on steering committees.
